Refund Policy — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your IPTV Canada 8K subscription. If you’re not happy, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- To request a refund, email Contact@iptv-canada8k.ca with your order ID, the email used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- Before issuing a refund, our support team may request basic troubleshooting details (device, player, M3U/Xtream codes, screenshots). Please allow 48 hours for support to attempt resolution.
What We Refund
We will refund the subscription fee paid to IPTV Canada 8K if your request meets the eligibility requirements. Refunds exclude any third-party fees (payment processor fees, currency conversion fees) that cannot be refunded by the processor.
Exclusions & Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will NOT be granted for issues caused by customer network/connectivity problems, unsupported third-party devices, misuse of the service, violation of our Terms of Service, or sharing login credentials in breach of our agreement.
- No refunds for partial use beyond the 7-day window, or for periods after the refund has been issued.
- Custom services or accounts sold as non-refundable at purchase are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process & Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. If a third-party payment gateway prevents direct refunding, we will provide instructions for next steps.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. If a chargeback is opened and we determine the purchase otherwise qualifies for a refund, we will work with the payment provider to resolve the issue. Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order ID, the email used for purchase, reason for request, and any supporting screenshots or logs.
- Allow up to 48 hours for troubleshooting and up to 10 business days for refund processing after approval.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
